We then design and integrate custom electronics (electronic fuel gauge and active protection) which provide the battery with it’s ‘intelligence’. Parallel to this, our mechanical engineers package the solution to minimize weight while ensuring compliance with all appropriate regulatory and transportation standards. If required, we will have the battery tested for UL certification and UN Transportation compliance before delivering the finalized custom battery on time and within budget. Moltech can also provide a custom charging solution to complement the smart battery if required.
